Fjölnir
(1965-2021)
Fjölnir was one of the most seasoned tattooers in Iceland, having worked as a tattoo artist for almost 30 years. Fjölnir was a living legend, an artist, a poet, a biker, a hurricane of a person! He was handsome as hell and there was never a dull moment with him.
Fjölnir, among others, founded Fo Tatt Fest, the first and only tattoo festival in the Faroe Islands. He loved the Faroes and spent a lot of time there. He also founded Is Tatt Fest and Tattoo Blot, a festival in the west of Iceland, and was working on a bunch of exciting things when he sadly passed away.
Fjölnir wasn’t just a coworker but a dear friend and we’ll cherish the memories we have of him.
